The main character is a woman writing a series of letters to a man explaining why she will never love him, but of course, through the writing of the letters, she realizes he is exactly the right man for her.
Or maybe a diary about how much she hates the guy, and little by little she sees he's not so bad, then that she likes him a little, then she falls head over heals for him, then she realizes he's the one.
ooh, it reminds me of the perks of being a wallflower. I loved the letter writing aspect of that one. What about a diary where the character reveals important aspect of their life and thoughts and slowly starts to realize what an impact they are having on the reader, and how much the reader values their thoughts and feelings.
